Project Democo

A construction company with a sustainable vision on building, working and living, that’s Democo. They are part of Democo Group, a group of 7 construction-related companies with a lot of experience and knowledge in all fields needed to develop, build, complete and maintain a project.

Thanks to this vertical integration, they can actively respond to changing needs and quickly provide better places to live, work or relax.

Their mission: to make sustainable construction more accessible and affordable for developers, governments and architects.

This sustainable idea was also used when there were banners left over, we turned them into strong shopping bags for them. By using old seat belts, it has become a completely circular product! These were sold among their own staff and the proceeds went to the “warmste week” in 2023, which had the theme “growing up without worries”. A super cool initiative with a sustainable and social solution!
