Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service is not set up to collect data from website visitors under the age of 16. That is, unless they have received permission from their parents or guardians. However, we are unable to verify if a visitor is over the age of 16. We therefore advise parents to monitor their children’s online activities in order to prevent their personal data being collected without parental consent. If you believe we have collected the personal data of a minor without consent, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will remove that information.

Re-Banner processes your personal data for the following purposes:

To ensure the request for access has been made by you, please send a copy of your ID with the request. Redact your passport photo, Machine Readable Zone (the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), Passport Number and Citizen Service Number in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
