DISC Factor B.V. helps HR managers, entrepreneurs, executives, and independent trainers & coaches to understand each other well within the company or organization. This seems logical and simple, but in practice, it is quite difficult. They do this using the DISC model, for example, but also with Thinking Styles and Motivations.

They had a number of banners lying around that were no longer usable. Additionally, the trainers providing training at companies have to carry a lot of equipment.

To make the trainers’ lives easier, we therefore developed a bag specifically for them in which all those items fit easily.

Besides PVC banners, there were also many woven cloths that could no longer be used. We turned these into shopping bags. The many colors in the cloths ensured that these turned out really nice too!
