When former fellow students Erik Smithuis and Harrie-Peter Roefs met each other after years on the Maliebaan in Utrecht, they started talking passionately about a shared dream. Setting up a company that really helps people. Their dream company became reality on April 1, 2003.

Through their quality education, they challenge you to develop yourself for life, so that you become happier as a professional and as a person. To this end, they offer more than 300 courses and training courses, develop tailor-made learning solutions for organizations, organize events and workshops throughout the year and fill the ICM Campus with new inspiration every day. A company where people enjoy working and where personal development of both employees and customers is central.

Harrie-Peter and Erik are still committed to ICM, together with more than 160 office employees and almost 300 teacher trainers. They are extremely proud that ICM has repeatedly been recognized as the Best Trainer and as one of the Best Employers in the Netherlands.

We turned old banners that hung along the highways at an Ocean Outdoor location into fun shoppers for the 2024 knowledge parade. The banners were given a second life and the participants received a nice shopper as a souvenir. If that’s not a win-win situation!
