Project Woonservice

Woonservice Drenthe & Groningen creates, manages, rents and sells housing. They want you to be able to live well and affordably. Now and in the future. In addition to building new homes, existing homes are improved, made more sustainable and demolished to replace them with new homes.

Living is personal. That is what they stand for. Woonservice is an ambitious rural corporation. With a home ownership of approximately 6,000 homes, they are not the largest corporation in the north, but they do have their own identity. For them it is self-evident that they must ensure sufficient affordable homes, of good quality, comfortable and energy-efficient. But they are more than their homes.

They feel responsible for your neighbourhood. They want your neighbourhood to be safe and pleasant to live in. Where all residents feel that they belong, participate in society and are seen.
