Re-Banner processes your personal data as a result of you making use of our services and/or providing us with your personal data.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service is not set up to collect data from website visitors under the age of 16. That is, unless they have received permission from their parents or guardians. However, we are unable to verify if a visitor is over the age of 16. We therefore advise parents to monitor their children’s online activities in order to prevent their personal data being collected without parental consent. If you believe we have collected the personal data of a minor without consent, please contact us on info@re-banner.eu and we will remove that information.
The reason we process personal data, and on what basis
Re-Banner processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure
- To call or email you if to do so is necessary to provide our services
- To inform you about changes to our products and services
- Re-Banner analyses your behaviour on the website in order to improve the website and tailor the range of products and services to your preferences.

These decisions are defined as those taken by a computer program or system without human intervention (without the intervention of a Re-Banner employee, for example). Re-Banner does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary in order to achieve the objectives for which your data is collected. We apply the following retention periods with regard to the following (categories) of personal data: max. 2 years.

Re-Banner only discloses data to third parties if required for fulfilling our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Re-Banner makes use of technical and functional cookies only. We also make use of analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. The cookies we use are necessary to ensure the website works properly and for your ease of use. They ensure the website works as it should and, for example, that your preferred settings are remembered. It also enables us to optimise our website. Right to view, correct and delete data
You are entitled to view, correct or delete your personal data. This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have in our computer file about you, either to you, or to another organisation designated by you.
You can send a request to view, correct, delete or transfer your personal data, or to request cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data, to info@re-banner.eu.
To ensure the request for access has been made by you, please send a copy of your ID with the request. Redact your passport photo, Machine Readable Zone (the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), Passport Number and Citizen Service Number in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.

Re-Banner takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
