Behind WISPER is a driven team with a clear and critical view of art education. WISPER organizes artistic courses in dance, theater, music, photography, visual arts and literature for adults aged 18 and up. WISPER sees art education as a mission to people and to society. They are convinced that culture gives meaning to human life in various ways and forms the foundation of a society.
